Meat Processing


Meat processing is the base activity of PTI Group of Companies.

Created at the holding’s constitution it is being developed today in the most active way. After foundation of Distribution Centers of PTI Group of Companies in all the most large town o Russia and in many CIS-countries it was decided to enlarge the range of ingredients and carry out diversification of its own business.

 The activity of MEAT department today is carried out in four directions:

Meat products;

Poultry processing;

Meat half-finished products;

Fish processing.

 On the moment more than 60 technologists having specialized diplomas are engaged in the department and 13 among them have Ph.D. degree in engineering. The range of meat products ingredients consists of more than 400 items the most of which are complex mixtures and monoproducts.

The Department employees have made and adopted a list of regulatory documents for finished meat products and complex mixtures of their own fabrication and permanently introduce new technological developments. Industrial seminars and consultations regarding manufacturers of meat processing industry are regularly held at the head office of the company as well as regional seminars in Russia and in CIS-countries. 

 Specialists of PTI Group of Companies are regular participants of International seminars and exhibitions.

Highly professional employees actively engaged in scientific researches and successfully applying innovative solutions for improvement of manufacturing technologies have been employed with PTI Group of Companies.
